Class visits

Rewriting Oudenaarde’s history: that’s not really our thing. Instead, at MOU we are happy to serve up our big histories with little anecdotes tailored to your class. Find out how we usually share history with primary and secondary school children. 

Would you like to emphasize a particular theme or subject during the tour? At MOU, we are happy to respond to what you have been discussing in class. Our offering can be supplemented with a city tour or other activities in the neighborhood. 

The MOU is located in Oudenaarde's late-gothic town hall. You will travel 500 years back in time and discover special historical pieces such as tapestries and the silver collection from the city's heyday.
