the Convent of the Black Nuns in Oudenaarde

The Convent of the Black Nuns (Zwartzusterklooster) is located in the corner of the “Pameleplein”.

It belonged to the order of the “Augustinessen” and probably originated in the 13th century.

The present building is the result of many alterations.
