Mills

The Flemish Ardennes region is not only known for the many picturesque villages and beautiful scenery, it is also the home base of many mills that are scattered all over the region.

There are six wind and water mills on the territory :

• the Tissenhovenmolen and Zwadderkotmolen in Mater
• the Oysschemolen in Welden
• the Bekemolen in Mullem
• the Nonnenmolen in Leupegem
• the Nedermolen in Melden
